Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sue The Goddess ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site. By accessing any content on the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to restrict access if we have reason to believe a user is underage.

3. Accounts & Your Data

The Site works without an account: anonymous visitors get a random browser token, a small one-time teaser allowance, and client-side history. You can optionally sign in with Patreon to unlock the full roster, larger allowances, and higher render quality — see Section 5.

Some data now lives on our servers: your spark wallets, your transaction history, your profile, and your generated images (stored temporarily — see Section 7). Chat sessions, custom characters, and conversation history still live in your browser's local storage — you are responsible for exporting anything you want to keep, and clearing your browser data erases them. Do not use the tools to generate content you wouldn't want logged: prompts, images, and IPs are logged for abuse prevention (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All characters, artwork, branding, and content on this site — including but not limited to Dr. Sue Dominara, Scarlett, Jade, Teale, and all associated characters and designs — are the intellectual property of Sue The Goddess and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Your Content

Original intellectual property generated by you using our tools (characters, prompts, stories, artwork) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of user-created IP. However, by using our generation tools, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your generated content as necessary to operate the service — including temporary server-side storage of generated images.

5. Patreon Sign-In & Spark Wallets

Signing in with Patreon links your Site profile to your Patreon membership. Your membership tier is managed on Patreon — we read it from Patreon and never override it here. If you change your pledge on Patreon, the change reaches this Site through Patreon itself.

Generation and chat are metered in sparks:

• Monthly sparks are granted with your membership tier and refill with your pledge period. Unused monthly sparks do not roll over — when the period renews, the wallet resets to your tier's allowance.
• Permanent sparks never expire, are spent only after your monthly allowance runs out, and can arrive through redeemed codes, tier-upgrade top-ups, or refunds. They are not affected by pledge changes.
• Every wallet movement is recorded in a transaction history visible to you on your profile page.

Sparks have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. If a generation or chat turn fails after charging, we refund the sparks. If a chat turn is stopped mid-response, you are charged for the portion delivered. We may adjust allowances and grant additional sparks at our discretion.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on this platform. Violation will result in immediate access restriction and may be reported to law enforcement:

• CSAM — Any content depicting, suggesting, or referencing the sexual exploitation of minors. Zero tolerance. No exceptions.
• Lolicon / Shotacon — Any sexualized content depicting characters who are minors or appear to be minors, regardless of stated age.
• Young-appearing characters — Content sexualizing characters with childlike or adolescent physical features, even if described as "aged up" or fictional.
• Non-consensual content — Content depicting or promoting sexual violence, assault, or coercion.
• Real-person content — Using the tools to generate sexualized content of real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Illegal content — Any content that violates applicable law.

We log all prompts, generated content, and account activity. Violations are investigated and may be reported to authorities. There is no appeals process for CSAM.

7. AI Tools & Scarlett

Sue The Goddess provides AI-powered tools: group chat with the Goddess cast (including scene portraits), the Goddess & Muscle image generator (multiple resolution and quality tiers), the character editor (text and image), and Scarlett — your AI concierge who can assist you in navigating the site, answering questions about the platform, helping you use the generation tools, and casual roleplay. Concierge chat is free; the other tools draw from your spark wallets.

By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All AI output is for entertainment and creative purposes. You are responsible for how you use generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Respectful interaction is required. Abuse, harassment, or attempts to manipulate the AI into generating prohibited content will result in access restriction.
• Sparks, rate limits, and flood guards apply. Tools draw from your spark wallets and are subject to rate limits, burst caps, and cost metering to ensure fair access and prevent abuse. Circumventing these limits through session manipulation, token regeneration, automated scripts, or IP-based bypasses is a violation of these terms.
• API endpoints are protected. Direct API calls, cross-origin requests, automated scraping, or bot-driven querying outside the official site interface is prohibited.
• Prompt, image, and activity logging. All prompts, generated images, and interactions are logged for security, quality assurance, and abuse prevention as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases, Memberships & Store Policy

This site processes no payments. There are two places where money changes hands, and both are governed by the platforms running them:

• Patreon — memberships (which set your tier and monthly sparks) and the Patreon Shop, where spark packs are sold as redeemable codes. Transactions, billing, and refunds are governed by Patreon's Terms of Use. Redeeming a spark code credits your permanent sparks balance immediately; codes expire on their stated expiry date and cannot be re-redeemed.
• DeviantArt — our content store. When you buy content there, the transaction, delivery, and refunds are governed by DeviantArt's Terms of Service. Digital content purchased through DeviantArt is generally final — review the listing description before buying.

9. Disclaimer

The materials on this site are provided on an "as is" basis. Sue The Goddess makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sue The Goddess, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. This includes allowances, pricing, available features, and content availability. Material changes to how sparks work will be reflected in these terms; your existing permanent sparks will not be reduced by such changes.
